It's a comfortable and laid-back accommodation with pool access. Located just a few minutes from the main street, you can easily walk to the heart of the town in no time.

We will look elsewhere next time

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The pool is of decent size, very clean, and cold, with sufficient sunbeds around it. Our appartment on the first floor had a spacious terrace with privacy, but with a plastic table and drying rack that should have been replaced long ago. Bar and restos and supermarkets a few minutes away.

From the moment we entered the appartment we did not feel welcome. The rooms are spartan, no decorations, closets without doors, a seat with the back cushion missing. A small tv but no remote, available at reception by paying a caution - as if they don’t trust their customers. You get sheets and towels, everything else you need to bring yourself.

Good!

I received a warm welcome, the appartment was spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Quiet area but close enough to everything. Staff very friendly. Daily cleaning service if you wish. I liked having a patio to enjoy the morning sun. Friendly staff in the restaurant, which also has a book exchange. Wifi was good! (not sure if that was because my appartment was close to the reception area). I booked last minute for a good price, which made it good value, and if it would have been possible i would have extended for some days.

Everything inside the appartment is very basic and a bit outdated. Kitchen very basic, even for a kettle to make tea you need to go to reception to get one, and pay a (small) deposit. Restaurant closes at 18.00. (which i found out when arriving hungry at 19.00 ;-) , i never checked the closing time before going). When leaving, i asked for a taxi, which was no problem and they called one for me. Without asking, it was assumed that i had to go to the airport (which i didnt) and they told that to the taxi company (which i did not know). (My guess is that this happens because they are usually serving the package deal tourists. ) It was very confusing for the driver when i told him where i needed to go, and he was obviously frustrated that he didnt have a big trip but just a 5 euro ride within Corralejo. Luckily i speak some Spanish otherwise i might have ended up paying a lot more, when going in the wrong direction first!

It could have been cleaner; the bathroom and kitchen were a bit dated.

Wonderful

Apartment was big, spacious and clean.Price was very low maybe as its January. The pool is a decent size although too cold to use in January. Cleaners were in most days. Tv control is 10 euro deposit and extra key is 5 euro deposit. You get the money back when returning these. There was cooking rings that we didnt use. The apartment had 2 beds and one sofa bed. This was very comfortable to sleep on. Good sized wardrobe in bedroom. Living area had sofabed, table and 4 chairs and fridge freezer. Very quiet and relaxed here. Reception staff were very helpful. I had an issue with my transfer and she phoned and emailed for me. Please ensure when booking a transfer you add the correct address and when getting the transfer reconfirm that you are going to correlejo. Unfortunately for us we were taken to the very south of the island on a 2 hr trip to a hotel with a similar name and had to pay 187 euro to get a taxi to the correct location. This was booked correctly but the driver looked at our booking and put us on the wrong bus. Location is perfect. Use the front exit and take a left and it's a 2 minute walk to a shopping centre. The supermarket there is a lot cheaper than the ones on the main street, Hyperdino. There is a tower here and the views are beautiful from the top. Try to experience this both day and night. It's around 100 steps up. There is a nice windmill and statue closeby to this area too.There is an area nearby that has a basketball pitch, football pitch, outdoor gym, climbing wall and skate park. The location for this is across from playa park zensation hotel. Really good to keep children entertained. Use the back gate, walk up to burgerking and you are on the main strip within minutes. If you take a right and walk for 15 to 20 mins you will come to music square. This is a lovely area filed with bars and restaurants and there is live music at night from 8pm. Any right turn off the main street takes you to the beach.

You can hear when the people upstairs are running the shower and flushing the toilet. Not a major issue but definitely loud. We only used the restaurant once and were served a very pink burger. Apartment is not modern but we knew this from the pictures, but this was not an issue.

Apartment with lot of potential to improve

The apartment was found as advertised. Very centrally located, walking distance to shopping malls, bus station and beaches. Spacious 1 bed apartment. Found staff working hard to keep the property very clean. Daily housekeeping was amazing. Great Water pressure ???? however shower head was very tiny, a rain shower would have been ideal.

The bedroom had a damp smell. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Double bed was made of 2 single beds put together which would start to drift apart if a kid tries to sleep in the middle. Basic bearbone kitchen with no exhaust but comes handy for quick simple meal. Found only 1 bread knife. Mini toaster and mugs. Wi-fi was very slow. A 10 Euro deposit for each item - kettle and remote control. The pool-side loungers were always full. No kids pool. Swimming pool was not heated in December.

Very comfortable and clean.

The property was secluded, privately fenced which made us feel safe and comfortable. The cleaners came twice during our 5 night stay which we were pleasantly surprised by. We had a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony.

It wasn’t as close to the main hub, but it’s still all within a 15/20 minute walking distance

Clean and tidy, staff friendly, lot of door slamming and chair pushing late at night, pool bar closed at 5pm so that was a bit naff, 5min walk to main strip where you have all the pubs, restaurants design and the usual naff shops, 15 min walk into harbour and music square area, will be going bk, villa next time.

For the price it was ok but could have been better.

quiet location, short walk into town. Very clean hotel with friendly staff

A double bed would have been better. Facilities were sparse, no kettle (had to use a pan) toaster was something from the 50's. Had to purchase two decent size cups for tea/coffee. Other items missing, tv remote / iron etc could be hired from reception.

Adequate for a short stay

Comfortable bed. Good location.

The apartments have had a partial refurb but the kitchenettes haven't been done and they looked like a health hazard. I didn't even want to put anything in the fridge, I would never use it for cooking. The living decor is of an acquired taste.
